Who We Are

Our company is CramBetter, LLC, based in the United States of America.

CramBetter is an independent, privately held company and is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with any college, university, or school.

Our website address is: https://crambetter.com. If you are reading this message on a different domain, please navigate to the correct one instead.

Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription(s) online at any time, for any reason. There are no time commitments and no cancellation fees.

To cancel a subscription, log in to your CramBetter account, click the menu (your profile picture) at the top-right, and then click on “Membership & Subscriptions” to find the “Cancel” button. As soon as you cancel, we’ll stop all future charges, and you’ll retain access to your CramBetter course for the remainder of your last billing cycle.

If not canceled, CramBetter subscriptions automatically renew each month. They do not cancel themselves automatically.

If you’re unhappy with our service for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of your membership fees within 14 days of your first ever enrollment in a CramBetter course. To request a refund, you must cancel your subscription(s) and email [email protected] within this time frame.

Student Performance

Although we strive to improve student outcomes, we cannot guarantee any specific grades or test results as a consequence of using our service. Student performance is the sole responsibility of the student. We’re just here to help.

Referral Program

Rewards earned through our referral program expire six months after being awarded. Referral rewards are only valid for referrals of first-time CramBetter members. To redeem your referral rewards for cash, email [email protected].

Account Sharing

Each CramBetter membership is intended for use by only one student. If we detect that your account is being used by multiple people, you may be automatically issued a lifetime ban from our service without a refund.
